What Signs of Recovery
In Europe and the US we have speakers booked to attend and speak at live events this month in July. In Asia, Russia and the Nordic’s we’ve speakers confirmed and booked to travel to events in the Autumn.
We are really happy to see the intent by clients to return to hosting live events and we hope you can start to feel the positive change coming.
In our own case, these upcoming live events are with major clients and international forums, including Salesforce.com.
Which Speaking Topics Are In Most Demand?
Clients are most interested in short informative and educational talks that help teams to move forward and adapt to the vastly changed way of working.
Hot topics in demand are:
- Business transformation
- Digitization, data security and A.I
- Cross-cultural best working practices
- Sustaining success
- Improving environmentally friendly practices
What we have observed which we did not expect was less demand for traditional motivational speakers. In these difficult times, we’d have expected this group of speakers to be in high demand.
Whilst recovery of normal conditions might be slower than we would all like, don’t forget as I mentioned in my previous post, the aftermath of the Sars virus in 2004 also closed the international travel sector for a year. In 2005, some speakers to the present day had their best ever year.
