Andrea Iorio is a digital transformation, leadership, and innovation expert with over ten years of experience working in multinational tech companies. An Italian by birth, he served as L’Oréal Brazil’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the company’s Professional Products division while also a member of the Division’s Executive committee.
While still working for L’Oréal, he launched and headed Tinder in Brazil. His focus was to officially launch the product there as well as in other Latin American companies. Although starting as Marketing Director and making Brazil the #2 Tinder market in the world, he took on the role of Country Manager in 2017. His position sees him manage the operations in Brazil and Latin America. He manages both an internal team and external agencies to improve Tinder’s performance. This includes growth, brand perception, and revenue. In this regard, Andrea Iorio has succeeded in securing Tinder as the top-grossing app in the Brazilian App Store in 2017.
These days Andrea Iorio is known as a writer, MBA professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil, a bestselling author, and a sought-after keynote speaker with thousands of LinkedIn followers. He also has a podcast, Metanoia Lab, one of the top 100 most listened to podcasts in business in Brazil. In it, he promotes the development of both professionals and businesses from different sectors.
