“I served on an international panel aimed at advocating for and promoting gender diversity in the aviation industry with Chiara. Chiara acknowledged gender bias, and further provided research evidence supporting the business benefit of gender and other diversity. She was able to provide actionable incremental steps for institutions to promote their own diversity. Her passion for equality is unmatched, yet she was able to provide fact based reasoning supporting the business benefit- even compelling it as an imperative as we shape our 21st century global economy.”
“Chiara has worked with the OECD across diversity, entrepreneurship and policy issues, delivering compelling presentations, advocacy and advice. She brings a depth of knowledge and broad, international networks, that enrich our work and create the connections that realize opportunities and dreams!”
