Conrad Humphreys, experienced leader with over a decade spent as a professional yachtsman, has a sailing career that includes three round the world races. With a business background as a sports marketing consultant, he has engaged some of the world’s top organisations and businesses, including the likes of Barclays, Ericsson, Gill, GlaxoSmithKline, Henley Management College, IMPACT, Microsoft, LG, LEK, MKM Building Supplies, Motorola, The Sewell Group, UBS, Yell, and a host of others.

But Conrad Humphreys is not only a yachtsman, he is also a successful businessman, leadership coach, and author. As the founder of Sport Environments, a sports marketing and event management consultancy, he specialises in sailing and outdoor sports. Part of his role includes advising clients on all areas related to sports marketing, including sponsorship and employee engagement. Conrad has an extensive background in the field, and a passion for, creating innovative, integrated campaigns for brands and rights holders.
Conrad is the author of Inspiring Leadership: Staying Afloat in Turbulent Times, a book in which he looks at effective leadership lessons learned from the world’s toughest yacht race.
The imminently successful Conrad Humphreys believes in paying it back. In 2007 he founded the Blue Foundation as a means of supporting charities and support projects for younger people.
