Change is the new normal. The business environment has never been more competitive. Everyone needs to do more with less. And yet, in 99% of businesses, there is one key asset that remains untapped. A latent potential that has the power to unlock productivity, engagement, and profit. An area of focus that can transform a business overnight. What is this game-changing resource? The answer is simple: Your people’s ability to communicate effectively.
One of the biggest challenges we face as we move into the 2020s is that the way we communicate at work has evolved. We are increasingly busy, and that pace shows no signs of slowing. Technology should help us, reduce our stress levels, and increase our productivity and yet in most organisations the opposite is true. If we want to succeed in business, we need to understand the importance of analogue communication in a digital age. By learning to consistently make an impact we can increase our influence and improve our results.
“Dominic made an impact! We engaged him to speak at our Business Forum in Riga for 500 of Latvia's most switched on Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs. His speech was full of practical tools and he really knows how to perform and inspire an audience to follow him. Highly recommend!”
“You know when the speaker is good when he has a group of newly qualified accountants all up out of their seats and asking each other 'are you looking at me' in a Robert De Niro style! We’ve engaged him to speak to our finance team several times and he really knows his stuff – he makes it fun and simple to understand. If you want a dynamic speaker for your event, with content that delegates can immediately put into practice, Dominic delivers.”
“His speech was thought provoking, motivating and packed full of simple but powerful tips and takeaways that were easy to implement. As one of the organisers of this event, I would highly recommend Dominic. He was great to work with, organised, professional and delivered a captivating speech that hit all the right notes.”
“As an organisation going through significant change, we were seeking an innovative and dynamic speaker to support our colleagues in developing their communication skills. Dominic’s IMPACT keynote laid the foundation for our colleague to do just that. The mix of acting skills, neuroscience and common sense made it impactful, memorable and above all a highly enjoyable and empowering experience.”
