Frank Bunge has a proven track record in Service Excellence and Customer Experience. He has over 20 years of experience as a Managing Director and Senior Executive leading customer service teams with predominantly global responsibility. In his current role as Senior CX Advisory Consultant at GENESYS, he combines his passion for customer service excellence with his business and management consultant profession. He supports GENESYS customers on their holistic experience management journey.
In recent years, he, in particular, focused on business transformation challenges in the context of Digitalization. Besides his Managing Director of CXC International GmbH, Frank Bunge establishes the focus team Customer Service Excellence as a Business Partner at TCI – Transformation Consulting International GmbH, using his expertise as a service expert and leader in the B2B business in branches like Machine Building, Health Care and Automotive.
He is a certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant and a trained Master Black Belt in Value Stream Mapping and Transactional Process Improvement.
Frank collaborates closely with ISS Business School in international Service projects and Management training and coaching.
