Frank Furness is a sales, technology, social media, and goals setting specialist who currently spends about seventy percent of his time speaking internationally in sixty-one countries.
Starting out as a professional drummer in a rock band, Frank soon moved to financial services where he quickly became one of the top salespeople, qualifying, on numerous occasions, as “Top of the Table”. This is the elite half percent of salespeople worldwide. This period also saw Frank build a team of 120 salespeople before he moved to London in 1993, partnering in one of the most successful agencies in the world.
Frank Furness, since the sale of the agency in 1997, has been a global sales and marketing presenter. Amongst his many accolades, Frank was awarded the “Top Speaker” for Vistage UK in 2007 and was inducted into the “Speaker Hall of Fame” in 2011. Two years later, i.e. 2013, saw Frank recognised as “Overseas Speaker of the Year” for TEC Australia and rated the top speaker for Vistage Florida. Vistage/TEC is considered the world’s largest CEO organisation.
Aside from his speaking engagements, Frank is a consummate entrepreneur. As such, his Internet Marketing business sports 22 websites, of which all produce an income. He is also an avid supporter of video marketing, with his YouTube channel having over 700 videos, over 4.5 million views, and over seven thousand subscribers. Besides his own business, he is also a partner in a financial services firm in London that has a 20-strong sales team, many of whom earn a six-figure monthly income.
Despite a workload and business interests that keep him occupied, Frank also enjoys writing. This has seen him pen best sellers “Walking with Tigers – Success Secrets of the World’s Top Business Leaders” and “How to Find New Business and Clients”.

Managing disruptive change, what a great topic. Great information and one of the most engaging presentations I've been to. Frank was able to deliver many tools and techniques during the presentation that would be beneficial for many to use within their offices.
