Geoff Ramm, creator and author of Celebrity Service and OMG Marketing believes that jaw-dropping marketing attracts customers, while great customer service results in lucrative, repeat business. Geoff Started out by launching start-up entrepreneurs after graduating in marketing and becoming a marketing manager for a motor retail group working with global giants such as Honda, Toyota, and Chrysler. This led to him starting his own consultancy business in 2002, and becoming a professional speaker in 2008, sharing his wealth of ideas in order to inspire others.

His clients span six continents, all of which use his insights on customer service and marketing to outperform their competitors.

OMG Marketing has made a vast impact on companies such as the Bauer Media Group, Indian giant TATA, and Tiger Brands South Africa. Not only have these companies seen major increases in sales, but TATA won two Direct Marketing Association Awards following a two-day OMG masterclass.

Geoff’s Celebrity Service had EC English Language Schools create the ‘Orange Carpet Experience’, an endeavor that transformed their worldwide service offering to pupils, resulting in their nomination for the 2016 UK Customer Experience Award.

Motordirect was inspired to upgrade their service levels for B2B clients, an initiative that resulted in the company being presented with the Wholesaler of the Year 2016 Award from Motorcycle news.
