The Founder and CEO of Hattie Hill Enterprises, Hattie Hill serves as a strategy growth and development consultant. Amongst her clients, she counts many of the largest multinational companies across the globe. These include, amongst others, McDonald’s, IBM, and Southwest Airlines.
Hattie Hill currently serves as President and CEO of the T.D. Jakes Foundation. The foundation, launched in 2020, provides skills, education, and training aimed at community upliftment. It also focuses on increased diversity and inclusion, gender equity, and supporting the modern global economy through jobs in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics.
Before working at the T.D. Jakes Foundation, Hattie Hill served as President and CEO of the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) This is a premier leadership development organization in the food and service industry focusing on the advancement of women and gender equity. Her time there saw her set a new strategic direction focusing on stronger organisational performance. She was the driving force behind the WWFs 25% revenue increase and a vast increase in membership. Her time there also saw Hattie Hill spearhead a partnership between the WFF and Women in the Workplace Study that resulted in cutting-edge research and solutions necessary for the retention of top talent, the gaining of consumer insights, and increasing profits by empowering women.
