Henrik von Scheel is best known as the originator of the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ and as the mastermind of the European Digital Revolution.
As part of the advisory of the Federal Minister of Economy and Technology, Henrik von Scheel played a significant role in defining Germany’s future digital strategy as from 2009. The ‘digital agenda’, adopted by the European Commission in 2010 as part of the Europe 2020 strategy, has since then evolved in the European Digital Revolution.
