    John Kotter is a world-renowned thought leader on successful organizational transformation. He is the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership, Emeritus, at Harvard Business School and an alumnus of MIT and Harvard.

    Imminently experienced and knowledgeable about successful change leadership, John Kotter is the highly acclaimed author of seventeen books. Twelve of these have become best sellers. He has also seen his works translated into more than 120 languages.

    In the past twenty years, John Kotter has published numerous articles in The Harvard Business Review. These have received more reprints than any other distinguished author during the same period. He has been a part of the Harvard Business School faculty since 1972, earning tenure and a full professorship when he was only 33. Amongst his accolades, he includes awards for innovation in graduate business school curriculum design, new perspectives in business leadership, and for the best Harvard Business Review article.

    When addressing audiences, John Kotter examines recent business successes and failures. He explores the new rules of leadership and emphasises the importance of lifelong learning in a constantly revolving corporate landscape.
