Dr Julia Shaw, University College London psychological scientist, is an expert in the areas of memory and artificial intelligence, criminal psychology, and workplace diversity. The co-founder of the start-up Spot, she empowers organisations to build more inclusive work environments. Julia Shaw is also an expert in legal cases, especially those with historical allegations.

Born in Germany, Julia Shaw grew up in Canada. She received her doctorate in legal psychology and went on to become a researcher in the areas of memory, AI, and legal psychology at University London College.

As co-founder of the memory science and artificial intelligence start-up Spot, Julia Shaw helps employees report discrimination and workplace harassment. Her commitment focuses on the building of more respectful and inclusive working environments.
