The topics of Leandro Herrero’s presentations and workshops are related to his work as an organizational architect. An organisation can choose to have a presentation tailored to its specific needs. For organizations seeking change and how best to prepare and manage change, Dr Herrero provides the answers based on tried and tested successful change management methodology.
Option 1
A keynote speech of approximately 45 to 60 minutes can be followed by a question and answer session with the audience. This option can be structured to reflect the particular interests of the audience and sits well in the context of a larger event. The content will be adjusted for a perfect fit with the overall strategic and communication goals.
Option 2
A half-day, seminar (morning or afternoon) incorporating a presentation and interactive session led by Dr Herrero with the provision of supporting materials. The content will reflect the nuances and needs of a particular event and audience and contains appropriate levels of audience participation.
Option 3
A one-day workshop designed to incorporate a conceptual overview with a more practical ‘hands–on’ approach. With input into both the content and format of the workshop, this option will include provision for small breakout groups to examine specific issues and situations of particular relevance to the audience.
Option 4
The most intensive and practical option is a two-day retreat for a management or leadership team offering both insight and practical advice tailored entirely to an organisation’s own requirements. This option works particularly well when focused on the area of leadership, perhaps following the format of Dr Herrero’s book ‘The Leader with Seven Faces’. The duration of this option reflects the detail which will be explored during the retreat and the planning and follow-up necessary to ensure it meets specific objectives.

“Dr Leandro Herrero has been one of the most frequent speakers at eyeforpharma events, and there's a good reason for that - we all want him back every time. He is consistently rated the top presenter by the audience, and he always delivers something original.”
"Spectacular, a highlight. As interesting for communication people as it would be for CEOs, The man is an absolute inspiration. By far the best speaker at the event. The most inspirational speech in the conference"
