Besides being a sought-after speaker, Luca Solari is also a Full Professor of Business Organisation, while serving as President of the Unimi Foundation and acting as a Director at the University of Milan’s Walter Tobago School of Journalism. The Unimi Foundation is a start-up accelerator. His academic career has seen him teach in France and the USA. He has also been a faculty member of the two main MBA programs at the SDA Bocconi and MIP.

Luca Solari joined EY MED, a company that helps its clients capitalise on transformative opportunities, in 2015. His role was to create a new organisational change practice. In 2017, however, he went on to create OrgTech, a company focused on innovation-based organizational transformation. Luca Solari is widely regarded as an expert in organisational transformation, whether pertaining to large companies, start-ups, or SMEs.

With regards to international recognition, the Thinkers360 international programme included him on their Top 20 Global Thought Leaders and influencers list in their Future of Work section.
