The consultancy eventually received the backing of Sean Parker, the President of Facebook and founder of Napster. During this period, Martin started learning about the power of understanding audiences to drive company innovation.
Martin Adams is also the CEO and Founder of Codec.ai. The company has, thus far, raised millions to map popular culture around the globe, helping companies understand the products and communications their audience wants created without involving guesswork. Codec works with leading world brands such as Unilever, Nespresso, Time Inc, and the BBC. A graduate from Harvard Law School, Martin Adams, a policy expert, is the founder of the Social Media Unit and the Digital Leadership Council @ UCL.
