With her 20 years of top management and consulting experience, Michaela has worked with the likes of top brands including Chanel, Rolex, LVMH, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, and many others.

According to Michaela Merk, her aspirations are to uplift people in excellence. This need is inspired by the luxury sector from which she learned many secrets over the years. Her passion for sharing resulted in her addressing audiences worldwide, talking about luxury marketing, retail, and digitalisation. Amongst her many audiences, she counts numerous large corporations and academic institutions, such as ESSEC, MC Lyon, IFM, and the Univ. St Gallen, to name but a few.

Michaela Merk also holds a Ph.D. in marketing from the Doctorate School of Paris (Sorbonne & HEC). She is also the author of ‘Luxury Sales Force Management’, a bestseller on sales team management.
