“Paolo is a remarkable and prolific writer whose article contributions greatly elevated the thought leadership profile of Social Space magazine, where I was Deputy Editor. It was a privilege to work with Paolo and would love the opportunity to collaborate with him again to publish relevant and engaging content.”
“Paolo is always very attentive to others. Always ready to suggest the right thing, he leads you to reflect by observing things from different points of view. A person of great professional and human culture, he gave a speech for my team at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Milan which left the entire audience impressed in a positive and resilient way. We met on stage at Dreamers Day and we never left.”
“Paolo's human abilities are very high. His life path has made him a great man and a great professional. People like Paolo are the example for the new generation and today. I am lucky to have met him on the journey of my life. And I am convinced that there is still so much to come.”
“It was my privilege to be part of Paolo's People & Culture leadership team from 2015 - 2018, when he was the Chief HR Officer at the World Economic Forum. With Paolo's great leadership and mentoring, I transformed from a knowledgeable expert to a strategic leader, from a Global Reward expert to a well rounded global people leader. The profound breadth and depth of Paolo's HR experience and leadership skills combined with his exceptional integrity and values, have resulted in an extraordinary human being. Paolo transformed the perception and value of HR at the Forum and has left a lasting impact on his team. Paolo's book The Compass and the Radar are a rare combination. Conceptual wisdom and real-life experience. It has been a pleasure to work for, and learn from Paolo.”
“Paolo is simply one of the very best managers I have ever met in my over 20 years of international professional experience. An innate strategic vision, the ability to apply it with flexibility in different contexts bringing innovative and powerful ideas, a really entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to relate with diplomacy and tact with global leaders make Paolo ideally suited for the most senior positions in a wide range of roles, in both the public and private sector. It has been a real honor, other than a pleasure, having had the chance to work with him.”
