“I met Pino when I joined Microsoft, in 2014, as part of my hiring process and onboarding. We were in frequent contact in my first months in the company, and he remained a trusted advisor after that, while I was leading the Microsoft Services team in Western Europe. I always found in Pino, beyond his domain expertise, some characteristics that I find very important especially in complex organizations: pragmatism, patience, desire to help beyond boundaries, and ultimately a combination of drive to achieve and wisdom that made every interaction productive and pleasant. I hope our paths will cross again!”
"Pino is a strategic HR leader who is as skilled and comfortable at an executive staff meeting as he is explaining HR basics to new employees and managers. He is driven and charismatic and was instrumental in helping Artsana to develop an effective people strategy fully aligned with our business needs. Overall He is a fantastic colleague & Leader to work with. "
"Pino is a high-energy, detail oriented person with drive and ambition. His quality of work is exceptional and his open personality is contagious in the work environment. Within Artsana he was able to balance local needs with a broader corporate view."
"As HR lead for Microsoft Italy, Pino works hand in hand with the General Manager to fully deploy the potential of the team and maximize the results of the subsidiary. The management of key talents and high potential employees is part of the culture of Microsoft and Pino has a strategic approach when it comes to match the career ambitions of the employees with key business goals, keeping the motivation of the talents very high. On a personal note, Pino shows great passion for his job and, thanks to a very balanced mix of empathy and goal oriented attitude, he manages to act as a real consultant for both the management of the company and the employees. I personally appreciated Pino also during the company meetings when he gave very inspirational speeches."
