His career in education saw Richard Gerver become the principal of a failing primary school. Within just two years, however, he managed to transform this school into one of the most acclaimed learning environments in the world. His success saw him celebrated by not only the UK Government but UNESCO as well. He has, since then, gone on to become one of the world’s most acclaimed speakers in his field and one of the most inspirational leaders of his generation.

His efforts in the educational and other fields have seen him awarded an Honorary Doctorate by The University of Derby in the UK.

Twice named “Business Speaker of the Year”, Richard has gone on two write three bestselling books that are widely regarded as being some of the most influential books in education. He has since written several books on leadership and innovation, including the bestsellers Change and Simple Thinking

Richard has, during his career, not only advised governments and major corporations across the globe, but worked with organisations such as the likes of Harrods, Telefonica, Visa, Microsoft, UK Sport, Google, and myriad others. He has also worked with professional sports organisations and counts amongst his clients Olympic and Paralympic coaches, and coaches in the English Premier League and Professional Cricket. More recently, Richard has started working with the British music industry in an effort to develop forward, proactive, and sustainable change. He has also made numerous TED presentations and is a regular commentator on various media channels such as  BBC radio.
