Thus far, he has positively influenced the lives of over half a million people, engaged with over ten million people on various social media platforms, and addressed over sixty thousand people at conferences and events.

To reach so many people, Ryan Hopkins makes use of a variety of platforms providing various services. He is the Future of Wellbeing Leader at Deloitte and the man behind ‘Future of wellbeing’ on both Instagram and TikTok. He is also LinkedIn’s Top Voice for Work-Life Balance, the Host of the Audacious Goals Club, the creator of Toilet Break Wellbeing, and a sought-after speaker.

His career has seen him collaborate with the BBC, Salesforce, Microsoft, The Economist, various governments, and many more. In addition to this, Ryan Hopkins has lived in six Spanish-speaking countries. He is fluent in the language.

Taking his amazing success into account, one would think Ryan Hopkins knows nothing about adversity and overcoming the challenges it presents. This is not the case. At the age of nineteen, he was in an accident that cost him his ability to walk for a year. As a result, he spiralled into a deep depression. The next eight years saw him go through suicidal periods and deal with bulimia, anxiety, and depression. His perseverance, he believes, made him a better person.

His experiences became the catalyst to want to inspire people around him. As a result, Ryan Hopkins decided to inspire organisations to create cultures of empowerment that allow people to be their best selves daily.

    • “Ryan is one of the most professional colleagues that you can hope to work with. He is a true advocate in the Wellbeing space and anybody who is lucky enough to work with him will surely see how passionate he is about what he does, and how he lives what he talks about, day in day out. In the past he has organised events by utilising the skills of others and helping to truly bring those skills to the forefront. A true advocate and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him into any company that wants to change the future of their wellbeing for the better.Ryan is one of the most professional colleagues that you can hope to work with.
