The Swedish born and raised Stefan Hyttfors is passionate about how innovation, disruptive technologies, and behavioural change affects our world and its social issues. He is of the belief that digitalization and network technologies have highlighted inequality and the unsustainable consumption of resources.
The very successful Stefan started out as a photojournalist, later becoming photo editor-in-chief at a newspaper. Due to the stress associated with the position and the financial situation of the company, Stefan decided to resign.
Stefan went on to found a PR company, Wenderfalk PR, and decided to study economics. The successful company earned a number of prestigious awards. But, because Stefan disliked the role of manager, left his own company and struck out on his own.
The highly acclaimed economist and speaker also authored Yoga For Leaders: How to Manage Self-Disruption in a World of Self-Destruction, a book that has Stefan draw on yogi philosophy and the concepts of mind mastery to address disruptive change.
Of his book, it is said, “In a time of cynicism about the future, Stefan Hyttfors has crafted a book that urges us to reach higher – in our consciousness and our aspirations. Combining timeless wisdom and future trends, he weaves an inspiring narrative to help us prepare for the changes ahead and like a bottle of complex wine, Yoga for Leaders is both ancient and contemporary, simplistic and complicated and – as Hyttfors generously admits – both wrong and right. As a reader, you will come out on the other side feeling enlightened and rejuvenated. Just like yoga, when it works at its best.” – Magnus Lindkvist, Trendspotter and Futurologist, author of Manifesto
Stefan Hyttfors – Speaker
A believer in the power of the internet, Stefan Hyttfors is of the view that the only security you have is your belief in yourself. He prepares his clients for change and is of the opinion that there are only two types of change, i.e. you either fall or you jump. When you choose to jump, you get to steer yourself to where you land.
Stefan in 2021 has amassed a record of average speaking evaluation score at 4,9 out of 5 from 1000+ events in 40+ countries worldwide. He is a TEDx speaker and Swedish Speaker of the Year twice.
“Change is what makes life fun, what makes each generation more well off than the next and what makes this a great time to be alive. It’s a relentless tide that we can either fight against or ride.
“I prefer riding it, and I want to help you do the same.” – Stefan Hyttfors
