An international authority in psychological profiling, talent management, leadership development, and people analytics, Dr Tomas Chamorro focuses his commercial work on creating science-based tools to predict performance and an individual’s ability to understand themselves. He currently holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Manpower Group. He is also the co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling.

A Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University, Tomas Chamorro held previous academic positions at New York University and the London School of Economics. He also lectured at various institutions. These include Harvard Business School, London Business School, Stanford Business School, John Hopkins, INSEAD, and IMD. He also co-founded and serves as CEO of BrazenX and holds the position of CEO at Hogan Assessment Systems.

A prolific author of note, Tomas Chamorro wrote more than eleven books and more than 150 scientific papers. His work has received many awards. Amongst these, he includes those received from the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and the Study of Individual Differences. He is the founding director of the UK’s University College of London’s Industrial-Organisational and Business Psychology Programme. He is also Harvard Entrepreneurial Finance Lab’s Chief Psychometric Advisor.

For the past twenty years, Tomas Chamorro has consulted for a wide range of companies. These companies cover a wide range of services like financial services, advertising, consumer goods, media, fashion, and more. His clients include the likes of Google, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Unilever, BBC, Twitter, Net-a-Porter, the British Army, Royal Mail, the World Bank, and the United Nations.

Over the course of his career, Tomas Chamorro has appeared in various media and made more than 100 appearances on television. Examples include appearances on the BBC, Sky, and CNN. He also regularly features in the Guardian, Forbes, Huffington Post, and Harvard Business Review.
