He helps business software companies rethink their strategies by means of how they communicate, accelerate innovation, and increase their market value and potential.

“It’s my strong believe people in the services industries are not served well by technology. Too much focus is put on automating people out of a process i.e. cutting cost, rather than scenarios where the unique strengths of people are augmented with technology to deliver value unimaginable before.

Ton has, during the course of his extensive career, occupied various national and international positions in both the fields of product management and product marketing, building up a wealth of experience in the field of innovation and what companies need to excel in the service industry.
He has spoken to and worked with a multitude of organizations spanning the globe, including the Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. He can be described as a creative, energetic, and optimistic person with an entrepreneurial drive. He sees the bigger picture and is able to predict accurate outcomes, often being able to see the solution in a crisis situation.
